EntiSolve, Inc. is an IT consulting firm focused on customer communications, custom software and enterprise architecture. For more than 15 years we've helped organizations turn complex requirements into reliable, well-engineered systems.
Our story
Built on deep, hands-on delivery experience
EntiSolve was founded on a simple idea: enterprise clients deserve consultants who have actually built and supported the systems they recommend. Our team grew up delivering customer communications management (CCM) solutions on Thunderhead and, later, the Smart Communications platform — some of the most business-critical, compliance-sensitive systems an organization runs.
That foundation shaped how we work across every practice. Whether we're designing a SmartCOMM template library, building a custom application, launching a new website or defining an enterprise architecture, we focus on clean integration, maintainability and measurable business results.
Today, EntiSolve partners with organizations in insurance, financial services, healthcare and the public sector to modernize legacy platforms, streamline operations and deliver better digital experiences to their customers.

Ayman leads EntiSolve's strategy and client delivery. A software engineer and solution architect by background, he has spent his career designing and delivering enterprise applications and customer communications solutions, with deep expertise across the Thunderhead and Smart Communications platforms.
Ayman remains hands-on with client engagements — shaping architecture, guiding delivery teams and making sure every EntiSolve project is built to the standard he'd expect of his own systems.
